Holly N. Hayes, CPA, MS (Tax)
Holly started her career at a national firm and gained experience in the tax preparation of federal and state returns for individuals and small to mid-size businesses as well as International Tax. She moved to a smaller firm in Tacoma and enjoyed the closer connection to her clients and the community. At the smaller firm she was able to expand on her previous knowledge and develop her skills in the areas she loves.
Over the years Holly has expanded her focus to international tax, investment partnerships, real estate, financial instruments and hedge funds, entity formations, and business sales and acquisitions. Holly has worked closely with her clients to make planning decisions to reach both individual and business goals and objectives. She has extensive experience working with the formation of business entities, sales and acquisitions, real estate purchases and sales, and foreign reporting.
The last few years have brought many changes to the tax compliance and tax consulting world at a global level as well as the individual level. Therefore, solid research based decision making and innovative thinking and expertise is needed more than ever.
Holly is dedicating to exceptional service while supporting the overall goals and objectives of her clients. This starts at the beginning by learning and listening to what the needs are and developing strategic plans of action. Strong and lasting relationships are the ultimate goal through collaboration and timely communication.
Sally J McColloch, CPA
Sally started her career working six years with Big Four CPA firms, then moved to a smaller boutique firm in downtown San Francisco. She found the smaller firm environment provided a more intimate experience with clients. She was able to meet their family, business and estate needs individually in a more nimble and conducive manner, as well as develop a variety of skills and experience in other areas along the way.
Sally’s focus over her career has been working closely with individuals with personal, estate and trust taxation as well as numerous tax exempt entities. Sally has worked closely with families to integrate their personal, business and estate goals and coordinate the various pieces into a plan. She has extensive experience working through Washington estate filing requirements and issues. In addition, she has depth of experience with multi-state tax issues and their effect on both businesses and individuals, with a specialty in California taxation.
For Sally, working with a client starts with listening carefully at the outset to assess the issues and needs at hand. She feels that this is the foundation of a successful client relationship, whether it is for an individual seeking to start a new business, selling an existing business, setting up a trust or in developing an estate plan.
Sally's goal is to determine the end goal at the beginning of the process, which allows her and her team to provide planning and compliance service as efficiently and effectively as possible.
